Network

The network is perhaps the most important part of web hosting. It doesn't matter how fast your web server is, without a good network, you're nowhere.

TotallyHosted uses a network with the highest possible quality. Last year we experienced 99.99% uptime on our network, which proves the quality. By using only A-brand hardware (Cisco, Dell, Sun, Juniper) we can achieve this quality.

We are directly connected to the following networks via BGP-4 protocol, which automatically selects the fastest route. Should problems occur at one or more networks, then another route is chosen automatically.

Through direct connections to Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Hamburg, you are always assured of a fast connection, anywhere in the world.
